By Anash, for Anash. Igud Anash is an organization of Anash members serving Anash throughout Rockland County, dedicated to ensuring that every member of Anash has the geon Yaakov and chayus to live as a chossid, strengthen his home, and carry out the Rebbe’s shlichus.
Our work runs in three areas: mivtzoim, learning, and community events.
Every member of Anash should have the ability to go on mivtzoim. We arrange the places, run our center, and provide the materials, programs, and prizes that make it practical and exciting—including Mivtza Shofar, Mivtza Lulav, Chanukah, Purim, Matzah, and more throughout the year.
Sunday-morning shiurim and other learning initiatives give busy working men a set time to learn in a real setting, in an enjoyable way.
We bring Anash together to mark the special dates of the year—the yemei d'pagra—in meaningful ways that can be transmitted to our families. So far, we have held community events for the Siyum HaRambam, Lag BaOmer, and Yud Beis Tammuz, with many more planned.
Igud Anash is led by Levi Tiechtel, with Shersheial Borisute and Adam Goodfriend alongside a small group of active members—and we’re inviting more people to take part, in a small way or a large one.
